Realtor reviewed report before it was finalized

When agent calls regarding your appraisal, I try to be professional and courteous and let them know that any concerns should be addressed to the lender in which lender will discuss any of their concerns to me.

When agent calls me and ask "Is this Fernando?" I reply "Why you ask?"
Agent replies "Do you own 123 Main Street?" I reply "Why do you ask?"
Agent replies "Are you interested in selling the property....." in which I quickly reply "I'm not interested" and hang up. Don't waste my time.

I would have just said, ALL questions and concerns that you or the borrower may have about appraisal report should be directed to the borrower's lender, thank and have a good day.
That works.
