Realtor Says I Should Have Called Her

I don't discuss the value unless the client has told me to talk to the agent or home owner. Again, I will repeat, the homeowner and the agent are parties to the transaction by virture of their signatures on the contract; therefore, I don't have any real heartburn about discussing my appraisal with them once they have been told the value or provided a copy by the lender. Is it right? I think so but I could be wrong too. Each of us has to make business decisions and mine is to work with my publics to the best of my ability.

So Mike, in this situation, you do not insist on written permission from the client?

I don't know, Wally--I have an agent that can send you at least 3 veterinarian's opinions that the horse may not be dead. I wish you would have called me before you decided that the horse died. And if you won't change your prognosis, she'll find someone who will. :P

Carole, quick! Have that agent call me! Maybe she can find me three other horses that have also been lying down for two weeks and smell this bad! Then I can sell him before anyone notices! Reckon it'll have to be one of them VA loans, though........Veterinarian's Administration. B)
