Does Maryland still share reciprocity with Virginia? what other states does Maryland hold reciprocity? is there a web site that keeps up to date with state reciprocity?

No. They used to.

I was just looking this up myself. I used to be a fee appraiser in VA before I took a job at an asmt office and moved to MD. The previous director didn't approve side appraisal work, but the new director seems open to it so I'm looking to get back out there. Virginia isn't on the list of states with reciprocity with Maryland. See this link http://www.dllr.state.md.us/license/reahi/reahiapply.shtml#recip . VA and MD both have reciprocity with GA. So I'm wondering if I could get licensed in GA and then get licensed in MD. That may be a roundabout way to do it.
