Why do you presume that???

That frequently is seen when someone opines a OMV below a SC price...the OMV might be at the top of their adjusted range if they consider the SC price as relevant. Since the OP never came back to comment, nobody knows, I made a presumption for example purposes ( and said it was an example)
 
That's a big presumption of yours to make...esp in light the fact that he changed his mind.

It could be that the appraiser is one that doesn't realize the market will reflect a probable range and that the subject contract should be considered.
 
Who knows, he never came back to comment, wish he had!

"Buyers"
"Sellers"
