Seems with low rates everybody is busy. Just wonderin is everybody in same boat as we R out here. Most Refi appraisals are not getting anywhere NEAR the number that is needed to make the deal work. (to bad can't be like lawyers charge for every phone call) On our REFI's except a couple of very established accounts we are requiring the fee upfront. Our REO's are increasin. Just wondering about other parts of the country?
