Redacting Sample Reports

As Terry suggested, ask the client for permission.... or do an appraisal on your own house or a relative/friend's house. Either way, you don't have to redact anything.

Swap out the subject with one of it's model match properties down the street and swap the client out with a generic. That'll take a lot less time/effort than going through a report to make a bunch of blank spots.
 
nobody actually looks at these reports. it's sitting in a closed web site. i think you are fine with what you have said. if you take out the address & lender how the h!!! is anyone going to know anything. oh yea, let's spend hours trying to figure out whose appraisal that was. lender's don't even read the whole appraisal when you send it. much ado about the minutia.
