No I am not bringing religion to the forum but I sure couldn't hurt. 8) Here is my question. In Michigan a property owner has 6 months to redeem and have posession except when they have paid more than 50%of the mortgage. Then it is one year. If they abandon the home the mortgagee can take posession in 30 days. What are the rules in Florida? ? ? Thanks :lol: :lol:
