Referral - Graham County Acreage Appraisal

Hi All,

I just got off the phone with a good attorney client. He needs an appraiser for acreage (apparently about 105) in Graham County, NC. The intended use of the appraisal is to assist in the determination of estate taxes.

That is way over on the western edge of the state. I could do it a la Studeman, but I think I'll pass. Maybe he is available.



Someone that lives in Robbinsville is probably the best bet, but some who lives in that corner of TN or GA could be good too. It is easier to get there from the west and south.

We're so far back here in Graham County you have to pipe in the sun light. To get here from TN you have to cross the dragon which is best done when the crotch rockets aren't out in full force.

Oh, by the way just a bit of trivia for you NC fans; I think we are closer to five other state capitals than we are our own. So we're kinda out here.
