Looks pretty slick I just wanted to see how fast it would start a report. I got the subject in, the entire MLS/pics/tax record/forms if any imported and my inspections pics in about 3 minutes. If you go to your Regorra app on the side panel you should see FORMS. If not, log out and log back in. They sent me this link if you're having an issue https://app.reggora.com/logout logout

You login check your MLS input your MLS ID and off you go. I don't know what it will look like when it's complete and printed out if it uses my MLS creds Im a realtor there or will Regorra be on there? iirc the pitch was this was going to be free who knows I just asked so we'll see. Also, 2.6 support and a mobile app come this fall

I saw this yesterday in my email. I was afraid to look into it not knowing what it was.

Is it a software program or part of the portal (I have two clients I deal with through Regorra).

Do they steal all your data like Aivre?

Yes. doesn't everyone? Are you going to develope your own then get it XML or whatever GSE certification is needed to send reports in the format they require? Your phone does, every credit card and debit card at any location you shop at does too. Any device in your home either actively or passively listens to all as well. Privacy these days is a cabin in the woods and a good book.

We are here to procreate and die and have as much fun as you can along the way. And don't be a Richard lol

yes, it stores and internally reuses data, but I found no proof that it illegally steals or sells your reports.
  • Reggora Forms is separate browser software. It does not install itself or secretly copy TOTAL/ACI files. It is intended to replace those form fillers. Reggora Forms
  • Reggora says finalized comps are automatically archived and report actions are logged.
  • Reggora CEO Brian Zitin said they “won’t sell the data” but will use it internally “to make our platform better.” That confirms internal reuse, but it is only a Reddit statement, not a binding contract.
  • Their privacy policy allows Reggora to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated anonymous user data. It does not clearly exclude appraisal data from AI training, AVMs, analytics, or other internal uses.
  • GSE verification only means the software produces compliant UAD 3.6 files. Freddie Mac specifically says its listing is not an endorsement of the company’s privacy, security, or business practices. Freddie Mac

Good news (for some)

these are completely free to use. AIVRE is how many thousands? So, feel free Mr Regorra harvest as much data as you can from me and sell it to the highest bidder If it makes me more money by doing these silly new forms faster at $0 sign me the hell up

"The forms are free to use, there is no charge. I am not sure what these will look like printed out, I do not have a dummy document for you to view.

Best,
Reggora Support"

My experience is that Reggora's offering is the most user friendly of the ones I've tried. And it's free.

Great I just gave TOTAL $1900 to renew for the year because they cut me off 4 hours early thus holding a nearly finished report hostage. I have ZERO confidence that TOTAL will get their **** together in the next 30 days and there is no AI prompting of the appraiser in the field (oops forgot to measure the ceiling height or some other new dip*** requirement). AIVRE is free until 1/1/2027 (not sure if that is the full AI version or not). SFREP seemed to be a reasonable choice, but digging deeper found them lacking. The AI (Another Indian) and tech bros infuriate me to no end with their "Do an appraisal in an hour" attitude. Heck I may spend a whole hour selecting all possible comps that I may use BEFORE the inspection and another hour or two verifying them after.

Who are all these new companies and why should we trust them?

AI data harvesting is the least of our worries they all do it. Get your local private client game up fellas you might have heard me opine about this in another thred
