NDC (and other data aggregators) suck at this sort of thing. NDC et al is not "public records."

Call the assessor's office and ask for the specific appraiser that works the book that the subject is in. Interview that appraiser.

Whenever I get a request for an MH appraisal and I know it's "one of his" I call the client and tell them the house has been re-sited.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to pay attention from now on when I see this guy as the previous owner. He owns property all over my coverage area.
