Rels doesn't accept appraisals with traineees on them, and I think they also require you to be Certified. They DO accept many software applications.

Yes. You have to have an x-site.

Well, I don't do RELS, but another clients that insists on ACI. I have found that you do not need an x-site to convert to ACI. You will need Lighthouse. It can convert a pdf of your report to the ACI format. I have an x-site but still use the convert pdf function in Lighthouse, it seems to work better than converting the a la mode .zap file.

You don't need ACI, they accept Wintotal also.
