It is statements like this that make appraisers look like idiots. While many appraisers may have good reasons not to like CoreLogic because of their business model and business practives, using the word Caliphate which is associated with a terrorist regime that murders, rapes, and kidnaps innocent human beings on a large scale is beyond stupid and inappropriate

We keep learning how lenders and FNMA are increasing their scrutiny of our reports, demanding that we provide more support and explanation for every adjustment and the final value conclusion. I really don't have a problem with that, but I do have a problem with the fact that appraisal compensation is not rising with the ever-increasing expectations/demands from those that employ us.
