Removing Shoes

I think I would have had enough sense not to step in it. If the owner asks me to remove my shoes, I do it. Lets not split hairs here. There are always going to be exceptions to every situation. I realy don't feel like this subject needs this much attention.

I don't let people smoke in my house, either. Are you saying I should let an appraiser smoke in the house because I need an appraisal? Not gonna happen.

:fiddle:

I have no problem with it. Especially if it's a cultural thing. Complying sort of puts everyone at ease and it's always a riot trying to maneuver from one set of supplied slippers to the next. Unless of course the requesting party is nasty or belligerent. Then I pull a Donnie Brasco on them.

You make me laugh!!! :rainfro: Like that was the first time and the only place that the kid ever peed or crapped on the floor. You're right, this subject doesn't need this much attention and this is my last comment on the whole thing. Besides, something tells me that if I had to appraise your house, I'd start limping real fast!!! :eyecrazy:

Bye, bye

Wow. Three pages on removing shoes. I wonder how many pages we'd get on looking the homeowner in the eye while shaking hands.

:D I think last time it ran 9 or so... seems to come up at least "Once" a year :P

hot issue appearently...

Those booties are non-skid on most surfaces: they work on highly polished commercial tile floors found in most hospitals...

Try to find a medical supply OUTLET store. pretty inexpensive, can be single or multiple use as needed.

In Lisa's toddler case I'd have strapped em on... and tossed them into the trash on my way OFF the property. No harm, no foul and hopefully no irritated homeowner!

personally I FAR prefer toddler pee to cat pee ,,, e~yuch! :(

i sure wish I could type  glad no one caugth THAT typo

Dunno, did you wash your hands after hitting the bathroom, Scott?

Yeah, it's a real hot non issue.
