Yep. That's Option A but I'm unsure whether FHA will allow that scenario especially when a client questions an Effective Date prior to the assignment [hmmm...maybe a HC because my ESPN provides insight into the future--like when I moved from the Ole South to California thinking I could consistently beat the NFL point spreads because of the difference in time zones!!!
