REO Appraisal Request.

Anyone out there hungry enough to complete a REO assignment for $250??????????????????????? Once in a while I get these requests which are deleted and immediately trashed. Wondering how someone could perform an REO appraisal for that fee. I have a dream, that who ever accepts this assignment in the city of Phoenix, gets a house that has been stripped with a cost to cure consuming more than a 1/2 day to complete. I have completed some real nasty REO assignments in Chicago about 8-9 years ago for a major bank. I WILL TELL YOU, THE FEES WERE MUCH HIGHER THAN $250.

No - but just got a Desktop Evaluation with REO addendum for the whopping fee of $65.00!! I laughed till I fell off my chair and then laughed some more while rolling on the floor...
