Where does one typically find foreclosure activity data on MLS?

If you use SANDICOR MLS, you have to read the remarks section of each of the listings. I have developed an automatic search of the remark section for words, short, bank, REO. I can do that by the zip code, defined map, etc.
 
I will typically search for homes that have sold for much less than the typical home in the area, look for words like short sale, bank owned, and then look to see the owner's name. Most of the time our agents will but the lender name or put owner of record. I can then go to the tax records for verifications.
