I just paid $5 for a toilet on EBay to use as a puke jar while doing reviews on reports from 2006. I wonder if it came from there?

Thanks Dale for the photo and for ruining my diner, I just wish you had some close-ups....

Man, I was just going to go out and get breakfast. I guess I'll wait for lunch. Maybe that picture will be out of my head by then.

Come on you all are thick skinned appraisers. I did one recently in the building that was in perfect condition so I wasn't ready for this. I have done some real nasty ones but this takes the prize. I am going to add rubber boots to my REO kit.

Oh c'mon, that's not bad. I've bought and cleaned up much worse. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to finish up my Spam sandwich lunch.

These are one of the best things I ever bought for the job.

They are made mainly for snow, but they are perfect for those rainy days and doing construction builds with ankle deep mud. Not to mention nasty interiors like the pix in the OP.
Just hose 'em off and they're all set to go again.
