Kind of specific numbers aye? $190K and $210K are too far off the mark? I know sometimes a specific number like $189K just works out best and $190K isn't bracketed. And maybe when dealing with lower value SFR's the market is more likely recognize every dollar, but this is one of my biggest pet peeves. Like a GLA adjustment of $4,593, why not just round to $4500, better yet $5000! It seams to me that (unless your market really recognizes it), rounding the value to the $1,000 implies a level of accuracy that just isn't there.
