Replacing Lost Apex Probram

Last week my hard-drive crashed and I lost Wintotal and Apex. My subscription to Wintotal had expired and I didn't want to use it anyway but I would like to get Apex back. Does anyone know if Apex has a policy of restoring software lost in hard-drive crashes?

I've had a crash in the past and Apex gave me a free install, they will generally work with you.
