Report Builder 2.0

Any thoughts from appraisers using Report Builder 2.0? I used Report Builder 2005 a year or more ago and gave up on it because I spent more time on the line with tech support than actually appraising. However, I did a webinar this morning about the "new and improved" version...it looks great... but............. has anyone had any issues? Obviously the sales associate wasn't going to let me in on the negative feedback.

I use it in my office and have no had any problems with it. I have also used the first release of the program and the new one has many inprovements inclucding the database and the user login to name just a few.
