Required Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Judge I have always kinda enjoyed being sexually harassed. Fannie Mae gives inspection waivers so it seems it would be fair to give me a sexual harassment waiver, because I have never been the harasser but I have received a lot of harassment, especially when doing inspections in those 55 plus retirement communities. Seems there are two women to every one man and it's getting really weird out there and I am not complaining but I just think it's unfair to make me sit through classes when I am the victim : JUST KIDDING :)

Crazy. Does the homeowner have to watch a video about appropriate behavior before I arrive at their property? I've been exposed to a few times so I'd like the homeowner to also know what's appropriate or not while I'm at their property.

There was an old geezer Appraiser that got sanctioned by the NC Appraisal Board for some inappropriate advances to some younger hot chick several years back. And of course then there are the Appraisers that show up with a parrot on their shoulder. I'm sure that will be the next required CE topic.

I don't need ANYONE advising me how to conduct myself while out in the field.

No, apparently you do or else the state wouldn't mandate the class! The STATE is never wrong.

And BTW, I hope you sexual harassers stay on your own side of the state line. Well, you can come over to Gary, they're just an extension of Chicago anyway.
