JOB DESCRIPTION: Trimavin is seeking a full time in-house residential review appraiser. Position is full time and located in Santa Ana, CA.
Job qualifications:
- Must be State Licensed or Certified, FHA Approved a plus (all states welcomed)
- 2-5 years national appraisal review experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of USPAP
- Strong knowledge of FNMA/HUD guidelines
- Strong research skills and techniques
- Working knowledge of secondary data sources, MLS, public records etc
- Working knowlege of MSOffice, Word, Outlook
Salary + production bonus
