Pam, you're right about the trainee wanting to leave immediately. He's just trying to figure out a way to feed his family until we're able to hire him and then he'll be outta there.
I'll do my best to attend Tuesday's meeting.
Dale, thanks for the prior posts on the issue. Pretty interesting. I don't think new appraisers entering the field are sufficiently taught how much responsibility they need to assume from the very beginning. Most are coming from other jobs where the company took care of them to some degree and are ill prepared to take care of themselves as well as they should. It's a harsh learning process for some.
