If the assignments were that problematic, why did you continue with them for 3 years? It sounds like you need better clients. My post wasn’t about 2013-2016, but what’s current.
These are some of the things I observed during that time. In 2016 I began de-emphasizing bank clients in general (and began focusing on "better clients"). I suspect RM clients still have many doctor's appointments.
