If exposed insulation in the attic and the crawl is a health/safety issue.
Isn't all insulation "exposed" in the attic? I mean what are they saying is exposed? And no, not all insulation is "safe". We do not know what we do not know and it could be something comes back many years later. Certainly, fiberglass in your lungs is not good.
 
i always got itchy when i installed it a couple of times, never again. explain to the person asking about it, how the vapor barrier on insulation is supposed to be facing which direction, or maybe you don't know those facts.

I helped my dad years ago and my pants went thru the wash and were unwearable the next time I put them on. Itched like mad. Undoubtedly, I breathed that stuff in. I will never use that pink panther junk again. I used cellulose on my house - far better insulator.
