For Poultry Farms And Others, I Designed One In Diamond And It Would Do Time, Substract Land, Give Improvemnt Value, Calculate Sf/bird, $/bird, S/sf, % Of Land Class, Etc.

Most Likely Excell Would Be Faster.

Make your own...after all there is more than one way to adjust sales and in commercial property... I oft use rankings etc. in lieu of a traditional "grid"

I create my own in mini spreadsheets that Wordperfect allows you to make and obviously you can create similar excel spreadsheets of your own...
