The is about 40 lots. 9 of the houses are still owned by Horton and have been for more than six months. The houses are done and available. The other subdivision in this town they built sold out in about 6 months. 2021.

It was about 2010 when I was fond of telling people, " 'ya know how most properties in the city were almost $300,000? Well now they are back to low $220's." I'm noticing lots of inventory of listings and they are not moving.
