Instead of starting threads moaning about comp check requests, this appraiser is trying to make money off them with, at least, a claimed attempt to comply with standards.

I, however, do not believe for a moment that anything they're doing is 'USPAP compliant,' nor do I even care, I just thought to myself what a concept.

They're doing this just to stay alive in Vegas, that's what it's come down to, and it's likely going to be duplicated by others..
