but after a certain time it gets locked. I know a little about what happens up there in Columbia and thought I'd through in my .02 cents. This is what I was about to post:
I've reviewed alot of reports that should be on that list. But Laura McDaniel's resources are pretty limited from what I hear for action and the process of turning in bad appraisers is not the best system.
Hopefully with the scrutiny of the market and the amount of property being taken back there will be pressure on the governer or stop pulling all of the licensing funding out and putting into other sectors of the licensing board. Appraisal licensing and fine money should go straight back into investigation and help employ more. I'd rather my work get reviewed regularly then have to work in a market where bad appraisers get away with so much.
