If I suspected a meth labI would ask the appraisal be re-assigned cause I don't have data on how that'd affect value.

Elliot, I agree there. That would be a complex assingment with a BIG $$$$$$ fee. Those things can cost mega-thousands to clean up. But even after you get the stuff out, the house may still be so infected, due to the chemicals and nasty stuff, that it has to be torn down. The AMC's can keep those request. h34r:
