Hey all, thanks for your input thus far...that's why I titled this a SOW thread, because (not to be a simpleton) I would not claim to be a mortgage expert, no more than a home inspector. While, in my course of business as a value-expert, I may know more about the mortgage lending (or home inspection) field than the average joe...it is not my area of expertise...and that was sort of the question within the question. If I want to know about my options with a property, I still go to a banker to talk about it - while I may know the value, they have the technical mortgage expertise.
