I am currently seeking a supervisory appraiser or appraisal company willing to take on an Appraiser Trainee, either remotely or within the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater area.

I bring 17+ years of experience as a licensed real estate broker, with extensive hands-on knowledge of residential properties, market analysis, inspections, and property documentation throughout the Tampa Bay region. I am highly motivated to transition into the appraisal profession and am committed to learning USPAP-compliant appraisal practices under proper supervision.

I am reliable, detail-oriented, and available to start immediately. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with any appraiser or firm open to mentoring or discussing trainee opportunities.

PAREA is a recently passed, approved remote learning that counts for hours toward a residential license. There is still, I believe, a mentorship period as well. Look up the program.

If one enters the appraisal field on the RES license side today, it is in flux, imo, one would do better going for the next step, commercial license goal, but good luck in whatever you decide.
