1) I am looking for what you are seeing as sellers concessions?
2) Does you local MLS show the concessions on the MLS sheets?
3) What if anything would you suggest that needs to be done about concessions?

What do you mean? Your question is too broad to provide a concise and meaningful answer.
 
Concessions

My main reason for the questions is that I am going to try to show the importance of noting the amount of concessions on the MLS so that appraisers will be able to determine the difference of the concessions that some agents feel are typical and that we all know that typical is a very broad statement now days.

Concessions inflate the market and we need all of the information we can get to do a professional job.

Tip for you Dan - the realtors and agents already know the prices are inflated - they COUNT ON IT - as do Lenders who ONLY order BPOS OR AV-Hummms$$. Good luck with your endeavor - you have embarked on an IMPORTANT quest. Recommend Media Coverage locally and statewide.
