Sending work samples to the board

Applied to upgrade to CR. Was denied due to board review of my samples. They say my cost approach didn't jive. Everything else was satisfied (log hrs, CE ) What I really need to get done now is to get AQB compliant. I live 3 blocks from the Oklahoma Board office, so I walked in there and asked what I need to do. Rod replied that at this point he doesn't know, but he thinks i'll need to apply as if I'm getting a license for the first time. ( Iv'e been licensed sinse 2001). He said they are reviewing their rules because there are a few appraisers in my same shoes. He says he might have it all sorted out in a couple of months.
