Sentrilock

I have a key. Way more efficient. My area is filled with second homes. This way I can go when I want and not have to wait for someone or be let in. 9 out of 10 times the owner isn't there as well. Just did one the other day. Told the realtor I would be there on Friday or Saturday. Friday was terrible weather. So I went on Saturday. Besides I don't like it when the realtor is there. Waste of time and they are distracting. PS There is no yearly fee. It's a flat $100 fee to get the key in my area.

i have had my KEY for over 3 years no fees , no issues

as I re read the post , Sentilock is not a fee , Realtors have to buy the device , appraisers do not pay any fees , if you are, well that is your decision

I use it all the time. It's fantastic for time management because I can give the Realtor a general time range that I'll be at the property and let myself it. I do a lot of relo business and may times the homeowners have already moved.

It's too bad that they eliminated the one-day codes, but they were having problems with contractors accessing houses even though they never signed the legal paperwork that bound them to certain rules and penalties if they did something wrong.

ONE DAY ENTRY CODE.

Done.

The "Sentrilock" is bought by the agent however the "Sentricard" (key) is required for access. Prior to this month the agent could give a "one day" key code for access (by appraisers, inspectors, repairmen) this is now no longer available as an option ( they have done away with one day codes). They offered those who were Members of the board to acquire the Sentricard at a one time discount fee of $45. The card needs to be updated daily and there is an app that can be downloaded to a smart phone that can also provide a "key holder"(Sentricard) access when the Sentricard is not working.

Either you have a Sentricard or an agent will need to meet you for access, no more one day codes.

I just did a 'one day code' deal two days ago, who said the codes are gone...?

Mainstreet organization of realtors. One day and contractor codes were discontinued as of March 3rd. Other associations members are still providing one day codes (for now).

Well, they can just meet me if these are the infernal devices of their choice - or, they can buy me what I need.

I'm sick of all this mandatory crap having entered in our trade over the past 5 years, beginning with HVCC.
