For appraising? Never heard of sex harassment class requirement even for Realtors in CA.

Yes you have to know which sex you are harassing ! You may not be properly trained on who is what or what is who. Listen to the song Lola by the Kinks, it will give you a idea of what will be on your New Sexual Harassment Matrix and never assume he is a she or she is a he :)

Here are some examples of attitudes towards sex: I don't see sex, it's invisible to me... like old school color blindness. Then there is supposed to appreciate the diversity of sex... diversity appreciation and respect. Third one, which is where society is at now... to respect the culture and diversity of a male(even if born a female), female(even if born a male), or non-binary (They, do not say it)? I think maybe just being a polite nice person and focusing on the house which has no sex would be best for appraisers, just do your job. For you old timers out there, the way they define sexual harassment is when you flirt or make a pass and you have power over. Power over is defined as your decisions affect their financial life, so there is that dynamic. It's never a good idea to take advantage of power to persuade someone. I think this is all you need to know at this point. It is really in your best interest to just focus on the house and the fact that UAD is data mining all your appraisals for consistency.

This statement does not necessarily reflect my personal views about sex, it is simply to explain to people the way society is and the social rules/mores that are involved in being a professional. Now you know, just remember everyone has feelings and be nice, but not too nice!
