Yes, the NCV site can be put to rest, along with the troubled spirit of Biggers. I hope his children and wife will be blessed with remembering all the good and none of the bad side of him. I know that they have suffered the most and I think of them when I think of NCV...

I asked a rep with WCA just before they finally merged with SFREP about why they did not have a presence on this forum and they could not explain it. Seems it would be a no-brainer if you are selling software for appraisers to be on an appraisers forum. However, they do have a FB page which is a no go for me. I guess you can be smart enough to design software and still not have good sense. They have good support but are unresponsive to suggestions. I sure miss Phil Wilson.
