I don't know the specifics of your software, but I heard that some forms software gives the user the option of manually entering data in UAD fields rather then using the drop-down menu's or "pick lists." Problem is, that if the entry contains something like a transposition error or an extra space, it still "looks" correct but is not. The content of your error message leads me to believe that something like this could be the problem.
SFREP allows that now...and that's what I think is the problem.

I have had good success using SFREP Instant Customer Service which is essentially an online chat with one of their tech people.

If they can't help you that way, they can log on to your computer and try to fix the problem, although the Remote Assistance feature took a little time ( a couple of hours) for someone to be available.

I was told we must update to Appraise-It 11.6 by yesterday to avoid a disruption to the Appraise-It Street Maps. I'm not sure if it affects anything else or not. To update, in Appraise-It, go to Help and then Check for update.

It has NOTHING to do with whether a report is XML compliant. No action whatsoever is taken (no button, no conversion, nothing) when the message pops up. Even on a report that meets ALL UAD/XML requirements it pops up.

HELP.

I just realized what this invalid field thing is all about. You're probably putting your name down as the appraiser and the system is calling it invalid. It's working perfectly, Anon. :icon_mrgreen:

Funny that you don't have the balls to say that to my face over the phone, yet after we talk it ends up on the board.

I question your manhood sir....good day.

What does tech help suggest?

Apparently it is just a annoyance pop up that you can X out. Doesn't prohibit creation of the XML report. He's "too busy" to call tech support.

Did you try retyping the report in a fresh form?
