Shane Lanham's court case re: a black couple suing him for bias, and him fighting back.

I don't think the persecution will let up.
If the judge rules against the plaintiffs in legal terms, "dismissed with prejudice" means a case is permanently dismissed and cannot be refiled. The only recourse would be for the plaintiffs to appeal to the next higher court, which they are likely to do. But that also increases the standard by which they get judged because the plaintiff has to prove the judge wrong, not reargue the case.

You can bet this entrapment after the fact was paid for through a HUD grant to activist to achieve this very end.
Indeed. and then there is.
  1. Common-Law Fraud: Bait and switch can be considered a form of common-law fraud. It involves making false representations to consumers with the intent to deceive them.
  2. Unjust Enrichment: Sellers who engage in bait and switch often profit unfairly from the deception. Courts may rule that the seller has been unjustly enriched at the expense of consumers.
IMO- when one practices a “whitewashing” experiment, they are in search of or intend to profit unfairly from the deception, therefore, IMO the practice of Insurance Fraud and in violation of State & Federal License Laws, we are bound to abide by.

wire fraud is not alleged or charged by the state.

you do not even need a license to commit appraisal wire fraud.... :ROFLMAO: but if you do have a license then you must of committed an USPAP infraction :rof::rof::rof:
