If the judge rules against the plaintiffs in legal terms, "dismissed with prejudice" means a case is permanently dismissed and cannot be refiled. The only recourse would be for the plaintiffs to appeal to the next higher court, which they are likely to do. But that also increases the standard by which they get judged because the plaintiff has to prove the judge wrong, not reargue the case.I don't think the persecution will let up.
