Thanks folks. So a statement like 'My total income from all my clients from Jan 01, 2023 to Jan 31, 2023, was $(Exact Amount)' would not be violation of the contract

No, it would not be a violation.

If you talk to your attorney, ask him to explain the confidentiality section of your LOE and confidentiality, in general, as required by USPAP.
 
Atty knows USPAP, Ha Ha, never happen, unless that is all they do. Everyone here always say's "Talk to an Attorney", my brother inlaw has been an atty for 40+ years.
He has never heard of USPAP.
