i agree with most about mentioning it. an electric meter has a monthly charge here, so i can see not wanting to pay that. it will depend on the underwriter. they may, or may not ask, to have it on. since there is electricity to the storage out building, then FHA might be concerned if there are any electrical issues in that building. i suppose if you said no, with a picture of the breaker box then that would calm the underwriter. but, some lenders can be very FHA fussy, and they will let you know. it's an extra 1004d.
