Clickforms has a short term rental analysis form, I haven't used it but you could always download the free version of the software and get the form if other software doesn't have it. It's not a Fannie Mae form.

None of it matters to me. I'm not trying to do them, but I do have a CG and have done motels and hotels where you have to separate the FF & E and BEV (assisted by the accountant''s info) and in a narrative, for sure not Fannie Mae. I was just pointing out there is a STR form available.
