Does anyone know where I can find a course on Short Term Rentals?
 
Yep. Brian Reynolds has one (appraiser elearning), as does the AI. Pretty sure Josh Walitt developed one as well (Walitt Solutions).

I've taken Reynolds class. It's worth the time. Not only is he an appraiser, he also owns some STR properties.
