Sign of dementia

I noticed when I post in AF, occasionally what I think and write, words do not align. I would write a word like "lie" and "lay" when I meant "lie".
Or "know" when I meant "now".
I have to proofread to catch the misspellings.
Is it a sign of dementia?

I always wanted to visit California.

I know you had a good dog. I just lost mine from diabetes. Her name was Zoe.

I can't get one just yet. My wife has short trip planned.

Past eight years I would take walks with my dog. Last few weeks of her life, my dog didn't want to walk especially last Halloween, watching little kids getting their candy to the spooky houses.
I would dress my dog as Superdog and walk through the crowds. Now she's gone, I walk less.
Not planning to get a dog. Plan to go on more vacations around the world first, like Paris Disney one day.

Process of euthanizing my dog costs over $1,100. Still my dog passing away hurt more.
I paid $100 for a foot paw on a plaque. Not sure if it's my dog or just a generic paw.
