Is anyone else having this problem? My signature gets deleted on an AI form after I create a pdf. Unless you are checking every page of your pdf before you send it out, you may not have noticed it. I contacted ACI's tech support 2 months ago. They couldn't fix it so they sent it to their programmers and they tell me they are still working on it.

The end users/receivers of ACI reports like it without the signature, saves them some time later.:icon_idea:

Hi Doranne,

I apologize that we didn't show you the workaround. When you are at the selection screen where you can choose which pages will be included in the PDF, put a check next to the box that says "Print Empty Pages". This will force the PDF driver to include all items in the PDF - for some reason the PDF driver sees some pages/spaces as BLANK so it tries to save you 'paper' by not printing the blank pages. It happens on some physical printouts too and that checkbox makes all appear.
Luckily, the AI form signature will show up on your local physical printout, it's just something we are fixing for that particular form going to PDF. Let me know if you have other questions, I'd be happy to contact you,

Andrew

From what I hear, when you use the AIReady forms, others will make a separate .jpg of your signature to reapply it after they datamine your report for their own financial gains anyway. Depending on who your client is and what 'portal' your appraisal report is going through, you don't have any control over your digital signature with the AIReady forms anyway and they will just go ahead and reapply your signature after they've done whatever they want to your reports. Now I don't get to KNOW what all they are doing to these reports when they 'process' them. Others say they receive no more orders if they ask for a copy of their own appraisal report after it's been run through these 'systems' or 'portals'. Never do receive a copy of what was used in the mortgage files either. Ask for it and you become a non-entity.

Thanks for your responses, but mostly thanks to Andrew and Amy on the ACI tech support team. I posted this issue I was having yesterday and they were both on it within an hour. Turns out, I had an old signature that had been loaded from a floppy disk. They got me a new electronic signature, which took care of the problem. Thank you ACI!

Thank you for the follow up post. I am glad to hear it was just a corrupt signature and that the fresh one is working as it should. Have a good weekend,
Andrew
