Simple Math/density Of Units Per Acre

What is the density of units per acre when:

you have 18 apartment units on a 20,038 sq.ft. lot?
 
At the risk of getting caught in math-hell, here is one way to figure it.

20,038 SqFt / 43,560 SqFt = .46 Acre

18 Units / .46 Ac = 39 Units/Acre. That's the density of this project.
