I have have this one broker, that 90% of their loans are non owner occ.

So I fill out 10 to 20 of those rental forms per month.

After a while, you can do them pretty quick.

Greg, go higher....$155 for rent comps and $100 for OIS. Betcha no one will complain.

I do a few a month with sales in my area. I typically charge $125 additional for both. Sounds like I'm cheap.
