No never lived in Milford, Did not know there was another Doug Trites runing around. That info could give some a hart attack. I have lived most of my life in Battle Creek area.

OK, Your're wrong.

Quote - Richard Carlsen - "Well put Glen. But trust me, someone out there from some other state will tell you we are wrong."

Now can we have nine pages of back and forth :new_argue: from appraisers 2,000 miles away, who don't know anything about Michigan, explain why "site condos" are really condos & should be reported on the 1073 form? That other thread regarding condos & site condos was absolutely RIVETING! :new_cussing:

Oh Snap! I just realized I'm a GROUPIE now!!! woohoo

That's why I just gave up on that thread.

The method of appraising should be the same through out the country, but WHAT we are appraising physically, varies from State to State.

Two that we've seen lately are the "Site Condo vs Detached Condo" and "Bi-Level vs Raised Ranch". Some things are just geographical unique, Like "Mud Hens".
