Yes. Without any other variable except that the market segment that prefers the smaller size is predominant. I've seen it at least a dozen times.

No Greg, you're not just working too hard, you are doing it right. Since it's a summary report it could be argued that you don't have to include the grid, but in most cases you are not going to get to site value without it.
