are there any good online tutorials available? This thing has me stumped.

(stupid, I know..)

Don't feel helpless. I bought Sketch it, and sent it back. The not so professionals at REP informed me that I...being stupid...did not know how to unlock the sketcher program because I was obviously ignorant. They didn't say that in those exact words, but might as well have. I was told that if I had input the code in EXACTLY like it was supposed to be, it would unlock. Now I may be blind, but after about 40 attempts, methinks sheer luck would have unlocked it. I have always managed to unlock everyone else's. Neither SI, WinSketch, or Apex trusts you to not steal their program. So you have to unlock the turkeys about everytime you have major surgery to your computer, buy a new one, etc. That says a lot about all the vendors to me. Is there one out there that trusts its clients? OR are appraisers really that crooked?

I found no help either on line or in the book, or especially with the hold and wait "support". I was told by sales that if I could not unlock with what they said was absolutely the right code, then I would have to contact "support". I said, NO, after 3 days of trying, I did not HAVE to contact support...I had a 30 day money back guarantee and COULD send it back. and DID, and got my money back.....too bad, the sketcher seemed to be simple and straightforward. It was not a profitable venture for either me or them.
